WellTech Resources supported the company project team during a Wellview implementation.  We conducted orientation sessions prior to the initial roll-out of the new system, enabling them our clients to become more familiar with the new product before training began. To ensure a smooth transition to the new software, WellTech Resources:

  • Assigned each end user with a 24 hour, on-call personal Wellview instructor to provide support on-site and over the phone.

  • Conducted daily training sessions with each end user.

  • Tracked the daily progress of each end user and reported to management.

  • Instituted an Issue tracking and reconciliation process to ensure a smooth transition

  • Assisted with modifying the design and layout of the new application to better fit the client’s needs.
