WellTech Resources supported the company project team during a Wellview implementation. We conducted orientation sessions prior to the initial roll-out of the new system, enabling them our clients to become more familiar with the new product before training began. To ensure a smooth transition to the new software, WellTech Resources:

Assigned each end user with a 24 hour, on-call personal Wellview instructor to provide support on-site and over the phone.

Conducted daily training sessions with each end user.

Tracked the daily progress of each end user and reported to management.

Instituted an Issue tracking and reconciliation process to ensure a smooth transition

Assisted with modifying the design and layout of the new application to better fit the client’s needs.
